Perfect gift

The chimes were given as a birthday gift to my sister.
I am a frequent shopper at Tenthousandvillagess and the chimes were the perfect gift. My sister loved them and hung them on her front porch.

Pretty but useless

The chime is as pretty as depicted and came well-packaged and protected. However, it is perhaps the world’s most useless wind chime: the only way it actually chimes is if you ring it by hand by tapping or shaking the chime. For whatever reason, it is built in such a way that even when we had severe winds, it does not actually chime. It’s essentially just a pretty little wall hanging but fails at the basic function of a wind chime.
